I have gotten back to residence (two afternoons ago) and am comfortably back in my own room and going to my own classes. I went back to Toronto hoping for a relaxing time at home with friends and family. And that’s exactly what I got.
I didn’t do all too much, except review work, have some chicken wangs (oh dear) with Herm, Sherm, and Kerm (that’s somehow Kristen), and spend a day with Amy conducting experiments and watching movies. All in all, it was mellow and altogether exactly what I needed.
Now that I’m back, I’ve got to get to work since this week, just like almost every other week, is filled with assignments and midterms. You wonder how I can possibly have that many midterms with five courses. Well, that’s simple: many of my courses have two midterms. The instructors just call them “Tests” and hope no one notices. In any case, back to work. *drags feet*
