WordPress 3.2 has an admin UI that looks very spiffy and clean. I approve.
4 mixed drinks that I’ve tried before:
- Prairie Fire: 1.5 oz, 1:1 red Tabasco Sauce and tequila
Rating: Eugh.
Comments: Pretty manly idea, but tastes like flaming barf that lingers for ~15 min. - Irish Car Bomb: half a glass of Guinness, 1 oz shot glass of Baileys
Rating: Yum!
Comments: Drink it like a Jaeger Bomb, and make sure to chug it. Probably the fuel of many barfights, and tastes like chocolate milk for grown-ups. - Amy’s Screwdriver: 1 tall glass, 1:1 orange juice and vodka
Rating: Love forgives all sins.
Comments: This was just something Amy mixed up for me while we were painting shirts one time. Tastes pretty good if you can get past the burning sensation and if you the taste of vodka (ie: would be better with gin). - Rafael’s Almond Sour: tonic, almond liqueur, lime juice
Rating: Delicious!
Comments: This is my friend Raf’s term project/invention for his food and drink studies at George Brown. I don’t know his secret recipe, but damn was it good.
The past week has been pretty hectic, so I’ve decided to take today completely off. No work. No study. Just me, chilling out and enjoying a nice summer day. Later, I’ll be heading over to toss the frisbee with Sam and then coffee with Soojin. After that, dinner with some friends at Marbles and then home for some mixed-drinks (there’s the obligatory callback). Summer rocks.
