3 things to make this week notable, if not wonderful:

  • Amy’s drawings
  • Badminton Regionals (Wednesday at Humber College)
  • Math Mock Exam (Paper 1, tomorrow at lunch)

Basically, this week is kind of insane (especially these first three days). Today, Amy showed me sketches she did for “something we’re working on” (yes, I made it sound secretive like that on purpose) and I was thoroughly wow’d. Tomorrow, I’ll be writing a paper that will determine, largely, my predicted mark for Math which I need to be positively astronomical in order to secure a spot in the program I am gunning for. Wednesday, Badminton Regionals for the north region. Henry and I finished in a three-way tie for second place with four wins and two losses. By coin toss, we might be seeded anywhere from second to fourth place. Getting seeded higher just means you’ll face a weaker team from the other region to begin with. Anyway, I am hoping to get seeded high so we won’t have to play the best team from the other region first (like we did last year). I’m feeling pretty good overall about everything, even if I am a little sick at the moment. Here’s to a wonderful rest-of-the-week!
